The story
Motown in the rhythm. Church in the lyrics. Strings for the parts words can't reach.
The Hallelujah Train started with a simple question: what if the gospel sounded like the records playing on a Detroit Sunday in 1966? Tight backbeat, walking bass, a choir of voices, and a violin and cello riding over the top.
So far the train has made twelve stops: albums, singles and hymns about grace, mercy, kindness and finding the way home. Every song keeps one promise. Nobody gets left on the platform.
Pull up a seat. There's always room for one more.
